I’ve been listening to IAMX since 2011 always wished Kat would sing with them and it did happened. I got to finally see IAMX in 2019 and it was the most fun time I had.
I only discovered them a couple of years ago through 'Tin Star' and I'm addicted to their music. I'm a Radiohead, Psychedelic Furs, Muse, Greenday fan to name a few.

The most uninspired album cover award goes to AINL for sure, it looks like a Target exclusive release meets newly bedazzled LA goth scene inductee vibes…also the only iamx album I don’t listen thru beginning to end but can only cherry-pick less than a handful of songs worth listening to

Sorry, but this album (outside of three tracks) is a complete snoozefest for me. More than an awakening & rebirth, it sounds like "Oh shit, I'm not sad anymore so I'm not quite sure what to do." Metanoia had some real emotion. This all feels forced. Just my opinion. Can't win them all, with everyone. Still a fan for life. :) P.S. Please just get a grip on the mastering issues. That's 4 albums under your belt now with absolutely horrendous, over-compressed, extremely limited, distorted "loudness war" style mastering. Metanoia & Unfall sounded great. What happened with the two US re-releases, EiB, and AiNL? Please. BEGGING on my hands and knees for digital re-releases with better mastering.
What three tracks do you like? Just curious.
dead liner Perhaps if you cleaned the shit out of your ears and dropped the expectations then you might realize the only taste you have resides in your mouth... There are music appreciation courses available at most colleges where they can teach you to "listen" without the distortion of prejudice...
I just don't know where people like you get the confidence to believe yourselves, that somehow you've the proper insight to make such a brunt analysis and deliver it unto the artist in a fucking youtube comment. May as well be my dad telling the coaches how to play the game through the TV.
